Employee Benefits, Business
and Civil Litigation - Mr. Kraw is admitted in California, the District
of Columbia and before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Kraw specializes in the representation of Taft-Hartley funds.
He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Pension Benefit Guaranty
Corporation, appointed by President George W. Bush to represent the
interests of employees. He is also the 2004 chair of the CEBS Committee
of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
He is a frequent author of law-related articles, and
has been a contributor to the National Law Journal, American Lawyer,
Washington Legal Times, Los Angeles Daily Journal, Boston Law Tribune,
and the San Francisco Recorder. He has appeared as a legal commentator
on Fox News' "Hannity and Colmes" and in other national media. Mr.
Kraw also writes on national security issues for the Washington Legal
Foundation.
